I’m pleased to announce that on Thursday, December 11th, 2014, from 4:00-5:00 PM EDT, the White House Conference on Aging will host a webinar on multiple chronic conditions, in partnership with the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Registration is required and open until December 10th. Register now to secure your spot for the 2015 WHCoA Webinar: 21st Century Challenge for Healthy Aging: Balancing Living Well with the Reality of Multiple Chronic Conditions. This is the first in a series of webinars that the White House Conference on Aging will present on important issues for older Americans. We hope you will join this engaging discussion about how HHS and external stakeholders are addressing the challenges faced by older adults with multiple chronic conditions.
